Digital products

We issue refunds for digital products within 15 days of the original purchase of the product.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products as we will be able to help you.

After refunding digital products, we request that you delete the products from your hard drive as these products are now subject to copyright and the license to own this product has now been revoked.
