Today I’m sharing my subconscious mind reprogramming strategy to help you completely reprogram your subconscious mind for success.

How Your Subconscious Mind Gets Programmed
So how do we get programmed in the first place?
We typically get programmed when we are children because we are in a state of being programmed. It’s just how human nature is designed.
But we can also be programmed as adults. It doesn’t have to be limited to when we are children.
Subconscious Mind Reprogramming Strategy
I’m now going to walk you through my complete strategy for reprogramming your subconscious mind.
An Event Occurs
So typically what happens is an event has to occur for you to get programmed.
And this event involves one of the 5 senses.
So typically events involve conversations with other people where people are telling you things.
It might involve your eyesight where you have witnessed something.
Sometimes it involves your smell or your taste.
And other times it involves things you touch, for example you can touch your table therefore I know that this table is physical.
Let me walk you through an event as we’re going through.
So I had an event occur when I was about 4 years old. I was in my first year of school and I had a teacher who wasn’t very nice and I remember her very clearly.
She was holding up pictures at the front of the class and was handing them out. She was looking at the names on the back of the pictures and giving them to the corresponding child.
At the end she had a couple of pictures left over without names on them.
One of the pictures was claimed by the child who drew the picture.
Then she had one picture left and she was shouting “who does this picture belong to? Somebody must not have a picture. Who doesn’t have a picture?”
And I put up my hand really scared at this point because she was shouting.
Then she continued to shout “How can you not remember that you even drew this picture? Not only did you forget to put your name on it, but you forgot you even drew the picture in the first place. What a bad memory you must have!”
And that experience was so traumatic in my mind it really stood out to me.
Next you start to get thoughts about the event.
After this traumatic event occurred I started to have certain thoughts about it.
I began to think thoughts like “I have been told by my teacher that I have a bad memory so that must be true.” It had been proven to me through this experience.
I was telling myself the affirmations “I have a bad memory.”
When you think a thought enough time it then forms into a belief.
I thought the thought enough times and I now believed that I was somebody with a bad memory.
As a result of this new belief system, you now create a new reality in your mind.
It wasn’t the event that created the new reality, it was your own beliefs about the event and what it means for you and your life that create a new reality.
This has been proven by science. We do actually create our reality based on our belief systems, which come from our thoughts which come from events.
It has also been proven that although the eyes take in everything that happens in your reality, the brain processes the information and only actually lets you see 10% of the information that you see in your world.
The brain does this to avoid overwhelm. We don’t need to keep noticing the same things over and over again. There are a lot of things that we see that we just assume are always going to be the same so we don’t need to keep being aware of them over and over again.
The Reticular Activating System is the part of the brain that processes the information and filters it for it.
So it doesn’t matter what reality is actually showing you, based on your belief system you are only allowed to see about 10% of it. And you’ve actually created a new reality.
And even based on your new reality, you’re only processing 10% of it.
So because you have now created a new reality, you are now starting to see evidence in your physical reality that is based on your new belief system that proves to you that your new belief system is accurate.
So the evidence I’ve had as I’ve had going through my life is evidence that I have a bad memory.
When I worked as a teacher I remember I had one boss who would keep asking me to do things and I wouldn’t remember any of them. Then she was told by another one of my bosses that I needed to have everything written down otherwise I wouldn’t remember to do it.
So this lady would write down the task on a post it note and as she would walk past me in the corridor she would stick the post it note on to my shirt.
So you have a self fulfilling prophecy that you keep alive by telling that same story about your belief system.
I would tell all of my friends and family that if they wanted me to do anything they had to write it down for me.
The more you keep telling people about your belief system, the more they will perpetuate it and keep it alive.
At this point you have accumulated so much evidence for this belief it has now become a “knowing”.
You “Know” this to be true without a shadow of a doubt.
At this point you have now been programmed.
This is the point where most people stay for the rest of their lives unable to shake off this knowing.
Most people would rather be “right” about who they are than change their lives for the better.
Thankfully you are part of the small minority who is now aware that you can reprogram your subconscious mind.
How To REPROGRAM Your Subconscious Mind To Get What You Want
I am now going to help you to reprogram your subconscious mind and break free from these patterns that have kept you stuck all of your life.
Now that you know how you’ve been programmed, if you want to break free from that you have to decide what you actually want.
This is normally just the opposite of what you don’t want.
Not only do you need to decide what you want, but you need to decide that you actually have it right now.
You need to decide you have it right now in your imagination.
I knew I didn’t want to have a bad memory because it was really holding me back in my business.
I didn’t feel like I could create YouTube videos because I felt like I would forget my words, get mind blanks and I’d forget what I wanted to teach.
And I really wanted a YouTube channel.
And suddenly I had a thought that “I am the creator of my reality. I can choose whatever I want. I am no longer going to have this thought that I have a bad memory.”
And at that moment I simply decided “I have a good memory. Right now. I don’t have to wait. Now I have a good memory.”
It is really easy to change your self concept in an instant just by deciding.
Simply just deciding can be enough to completely reprogram your subconscious mind and you can skip straight to a state of knowing if you don’t have anything that is holding you back.
But sometimes we are trying to manifest things in our physical reality and our reality keeps showing us evidence to the contrary and that’s when we need to go through a bit of a longer process to reprogram ourselves.
If we keep jumping back to the previous “knowing” then we need to do a few more steps to reprogram our subconscious minds.
So I decided “I have a good memory” but thoughts kept cropping up and I kept flipping back to my old belief system.
Events kept occurring where I had to remember things and I would continue to say to people “Can you send me that written down as I probably won’t remember that.”
So I decided I needed to do a bit more work to really reprogram my subconscious mind.
The next stage in the process is to create an imaginary event called a Reverse Memory.
So similar to the original process that programmed our minds in the first place, we need to follow a similar process to reprogram our minds.
So we need to start with an event.
As we can’t physically force our reality to change by conjuring up some new event that would prove to us that things have changed, we have to instead imagine a new event in our imagination.
You need to create an event in your mind that demonstrates that your new belief system has actually happened in your imagination.
And you need to use at least one of the 5 senses in your imagination when you are creating this event.
A lot of the events that occur in the first place are as a result of a conversation, it makes sense to create an imaginary event that is based on a conversation.
In this conversation you can imagine that someone you trust is confirming your new reality to me.
So I created an event in my imagination where my husband is saying to me “Wow! You have such a good memory now. I no longer have to write everything down for you, you just remember everything I ask you to do.”
And I say back to him “Yes I know it’s fantastic, I have such a good memory now.”
So I”m using my hearing in this imaginary event, but I can also see him with my imaginary eyesight.
I replay this imaginary event in my imagination every day as I’m falling asleep.
Before you sleep is the most powerful time to use your imagination as your subconscious mind absorbs it a lot more easily when you are sleepy.
Now what you need to do is to pay attention to the thoughts that you are replying in your mind.
When you think an existing thought that doesn’t support your new belief system such as “I have such a bad memory” immediately replace it with what you want to believe like “No, I reject that. I actually have a great memory. My memory is perfect. I’ve always had a great memory.”
When you have replayed your events and thoughts enough times in your mind, you now start to form a new belief.
Now that you have a new belief system, you will start to see a new reality appearing before your eyes. You will start to see things that support your new belief system.
You will start to see evidence that backs up what you are now believing that proves that your new reality is real.
At this point I started to notice evidence appearing all around me that I now have a good memory. For example I had the confidence to start creating YouTube videos because I believe I will be able to remember my teaching.
And while I was creating those videos I was able to remember what I wanted to say without reading word for word from my script.
This must mean that I now have a good memory.
You will probably also experience your imaginary event in real life, where someone will tell you that you now have the thing that you were trying to manifest.
Now you’ve had enough evidence to support your new belief system and new reality, you move into the state of knowing.
You know your new reality is the truth.
You are now reprogrammed.
This is exactly how you reprogram your subconscious mind.
