I see so many people failing at their affirmations and not getting their manifestations as a result of not being able to use affirmations the correct way.
So I’m going to be answering all of your questions about affirmations so that you can get success with your manifestations.

What Is An Affirmation?
An affirmation is a statement that something is true.
You are just declaring that something is true.
Why Affirmations Don’t Work
Where do people go wrong with using affirmations?
The main problem with affirmations is that people think that affirmations themselves are some kind of magical tool that will bring their manifestations into their life.
And affirmations are just a technique. They are not magic in and of themselves.
So all affirmations help you to do is to form an image of something in your mind that you want to manifest.
They are not a magic technique.
If you repeat something 100 times it doesn’t guarantee that you will manifest what you want.
All they do is to form a mental image that reprograms the subconscious mind, and that is what brings the manifestation into your life.
Where people go wrong with affirmations is that they are placing the emphasis on the technique rather than on what the technique is designed to help you to do.
What people tend to do is to just repeat these statements over and over again, which don’t actually reprogram the subconscious mind.
So say for example, you have an affirmation like “I am rich” and you keep repeating that affirmation 100 times, maybe you are writing it down, or saying it out loud.
Maybe you’ve used affirmation every day and you still haven’t manifested what you want, why is that?
It’s because you haven’t formed an image of you having what you want as you are saying those affirmations.
The problems with most affirmations is they are not designed to help you to form a picture in your mind and that’s because:
- Either the affirmation is not something that you would actually say and it’s not going into your mind at all
- Or it’s not descriptive enough to help you to form an image of something in your mind
- Or maybe you just haven’t put any effort into forming something in your mind at the same time.
A lot of people swear that they only manifest using affirmations and they don’t do any imagining at the same time.
But it’s almost impossible to say something without forming some kind of image.
When we are talking to people, when we’re describing something or telling stories, it’s almost always because of a memory that we are bringing into our imagination and we are relaying it out of our mouths.
It’s not because we have just seen some random words and are just repeating them over and over again.
So when you see these kinds of affirmations such as “I am Rich” this is not something that you would say to someone else, therefore it’s not believable and that’s why it’s not forming an image in your mind when you are saying that affirmation.
So that’s why affirmations don’t work.
Brain STAMPs Are More Effective Than Affirmations.
I have my own words to describe affirmations. I call affirmations Brain STAMPs.
The reason why I call affirmations Brain STAMPs is because I want to distinguish between the way in which I use affirmation and the way that most people use affirmations which don’t work.
Brain STAMPs work because they sound natural, they are something that you would actually say out loud, and they help you to form that image in your imagination.
The reason why I call them Brain STAMPs is because science has proven that when you actually believe something, when you have programmed your subconscious mind, when you’ve formed a Reverse Memory in your imagionat of something, your brain actually physically changes.
It is called forming new neural pathways in your brain.
Brain STAMPs literally change or create a pathway in your brain which literally takes you to the thing that you are trying to manifest.
I like to call these pathways to manifestation because you are literally stamping your brain with what you are going to manifest.
How To Write An Effective Affirmation
So how do you create an affirmation that works?
I recommend that you create your own affirmation. You can use other people’s but they are not as likely to work because you haven’t created it yourself.
I’m going to show you how to create Brain STAMPs that will manifest for you.
Here are some rules when it comes to manifesting Brain STAMPs.
Affirmations Need To Be Easy To Remember
The longer an affirmation is, the less likely you are to remember them, so make them short and simple.
There’s no point in devising a very complicated Brain STAMP that you’re not going to remember.
Have you ever seen these really complicated affirmations that say something like “Divine Intelligence Is working through me to bring the thing that I desire easily and effortlessly in divine timing.”?
They sound very impressive but they are not going to work so well for you.
The reason is because you need to be able to bring your Brain STAMPs into your mind very easily and quickly when you’re out and about when you’re away from your journal, you need to have them on hand very quickly, which means you need to be able to remember them easily.
Affirmations Need To Sound Natural
Affirmations have to be something that you would actually say out loud to someone else.
The next most important thing about creating Brain STAMPs is that it needs to sound natural to you.
The way in which something sounds natural needs to be something that you would actually say out loud to somebody else in real life.
You probably wouldn’t be talking about “divine intelligence” when you’re speaking to someone else. That’s not the kind of language that you normally use.
What would you actually say to somebody if you already had the thing that you wanted?
If you were already rich, you probably wouldn’t actually say out loud to somebody “I am Rich”, you’d probably say “We’re really comfortable, we’re really comfortable with money right now, finances are in a really good place, I’m so happy with the amount of money that’s come into my life.”
Think about the words that you would actually say to somebody and that needs to be your Brain STAMP.
Needs To State You Already Have What You Want Or Will Get It Soon
Affirmations need to state or imply to your subconscious mind that you already have the thing that you desire.
That means that you need to be stating that you already have something or that you will be getting it soon because you’ve imagined having it already in the present moment.
Examples Of Affirmations
You need to bring to your mind what the thing is that you want to manifest, what do you desire to have?
Say for example you want to manifest 10,000 followers on Instagram.
A way in which I like to start off my affirmations or Brain STAMPs are with the words “Right Now” because you are telling your subconscious mind that you have something right now, not in the past, not in the future, but right now.
And this is actually quite natural language that you would use.
If someone said to you “Well how’s your instagram account going?” and you would say back to them:
“Well, right now, I have over 10,000 followers!”
So this is the main Brain STAMP that I like to start off with.
If you can’t remember any other Brain STAMPs, remember this one as it’s very powerful.
“Right now, I’ve got 10,000 subscribers on Instagram”
It’s Easy To…
Another Brain STAMP that I love to use starts off with “It’s easy to”.
You can replace the word “easy” with the word “fast”
“It’s really easy to have this. It’s really fast to have that”.
What this Brain STAMP implies is that most people in the world find it easy to or find it fast to get the thing that you want.
When you start declaring that it’s easy to have the thing you want, you are saying that most people have this, and you are naturally one of the “most people” in the world.
When you say “most people can’t have something” you are making it more difficult for you to get something because you have to be the special unicorn that manifests something that most people don’t have.
But when you say it’s easy to get something, because most people have it, then it will make it easy for you too.
So if you are trying to manifest 10,000 followers on Instagram, you could say the following:
It’s so easy to grow fast on Instagram
I Am So Good At…
The next Brain STAMP that I love to use is focusing on who you are as a person.
This is working on your self concept.
You don’t want to block your manifestations by having an image of yourself as somebody who doesn’t get what you want.
So you need to make sure you are affirming that you are the type of person who has what they love.
You need to declare that you are good at taking the action that you need to take to get the thing you want.
You need to be affirming that people are drawn to you and love what you are putting out there.

How To Use Affirmations
The easiest way to use affirmations is to repeat them in your imagination as often as you can throughout the day.
Just hear your Brain STAMP playing in your mind.
You don’t need to say it outloud, you can just replay it in your mind.
However, some people do like to say Brain STAMPs out loud, and this can really help.
When your subconscious mind hears you saying something out loud, it believes it to be true a lot more because it believes you are telling somebody else, and usually when we talk to other people we tell the truth.
If you see yourself as a truthful person, the subconscious mind is going to believe your spoken words to be the truth, because what you normally say out loud is the truth.
6 Ways To Use Affirmations
- You can repeat affirmations in your imagination
- You can speak affirmations out loud
- You can write affirmations down in your journal
- Read your affirmations from your journal
- Record an audio of yourself speaking your affirmations
- Listen to your affirmation audio track that you or someone else created.
These are all of the different ways that you can use your Brain STAMPs throughout the day.
I encourage you to use more than one method and see which works for you the best.
The easiest way is just to imagine your Brain STAMPs because you don’t need any equipment or to be in a special location.
When To Use Affirmations
Repeat affirmations as often as you can throughout the day when you have idle mind moments.
Idle mind moments are times of the day when you don’t need to engage your brain – your brain doesn’t need to be thinking too hard about what you’re doing.
You could be walking, commuting, cooking, cleaning, or getting ready. These are the perfect times to repeat affirmations.
The two most powerful times to use these Brain STAMPs are first thing in the morning and last thing before you go to sleep.
Before you go to sleep is the best time to use these techniques because the conscious mind is going to sleep and therefore won’t argue back with the things you are trying to manifest, so the subconscious mind gets programmed much more easily.
How Often To Repeat Affirmations
You should repeat affirmations as often as you can.
Especially if you are trying to manifest something you strongly desire, make this a priority and say it as often as you possibly can.
Set reminders, set reminders on your phone, stick post it notes around your house. Do anything you can to remind yourself to be constantly declaring what you want to be true in your life.
How Many Affirmations To Use?
Focus on just one manifestation topic at a time but use multiple affirmations for the same topic.
So for example, you want to manifest 10,000 subscribers on Instagram. That is one manifestation.
But surrounding that one manifestation, you can have numerous different affirmations.
There are many ways to do the same thing.
Imagine you are having a conversation with someone and they ask you how your instagram following is going and you say to them:
“It’s going fantastic. Right now I’ve got over 10,000 subscribers on Instagram. Instagram is a really good channel to get started with because it’s really easy to grow on Instagram. You don’t need any money. And people are absolutely loving my content. I’m getting all of this engagement, I’m getting all of these comments and likes. People are going on to buy my stuff from Instagram. Everything is growing exponentially. I’m getting more shares.”
So you’re just riffing around the topic. Imagine you’re having a conversation.
Think of someone that you would actually say these things to.
I would say all of these things to my husband.
Imagine you are having a real life conversation with that real life trusted person and you’re actually telling them how things are now that you have manifested what you want.
And this is the secret to making affirmations work, by creating Brain STAMPs that are easy and natural to remember.
You don’t need to remember your affirmations word for word.
If you imagine having a conversation with someone, just imagine telling them how successful you are at that particular thing, and then you don’t need to remember what to say to them because whatever you say is the truth.
And when you speak the truth, this gets believed by the subconscious mind and a new reality is created that contains your manifestation.
It’s not your affirmations that manifest, it’s the image that you form in your imagination as you go through the process of declaring the thing that you want.
What If You Don’t Believe Your Affirmations
A lot of people don’t think affirmations work because they don’t believe them when they are saying them and they are arguing back with themselves.
It is natural that when you first start using affirmations you will feel awkward and won’t believe them, but what will happen if you persist is that you will start to believe your affirmations.
This is called programming.
People do get programmed even with things they strongly resist, but if somebody tells them something often enough they do start to believe it.
It’s the same with you and your conscious brain. If you keep telling yourself these statements over and over again, you probably won’t believe them at the start, but eventually you will start to believe them.
Don’t give up. Don’t say it’s not working.
Just keep on going with them and they will transform your subconscious mind and manifest your desires into reality.
