In this beginners guide to manifestation I show you the exact steps that will guarantee you will manifest every time. I will also show you how you are already manifesting without even realizing it.
Today I’m explaining exactly what manifestation is, how manifestation has been proven by science, how you’re already doing it without even realizing it, and how to consciously manifest to get the exact results in your life.
I’m going to break down the steps involved in manifestation so you know what you should be doing, when, and how often, and how long it takes.
I’m also going to share some of the incredible things I have manifested to get you really excited as to what’s possible.
What Is Manifestation?
Manifestation is the physical appearance of something. When something has manifested in your physical reality you can sense it through one of the 5 senses.
When people talk about the art of manifestation, they are referring to bringing something into their physical reality that wasn’t detectable by their 5 senses.
In order to make something appear that didn’t seem to be there, you need to use the sixth sense, and I’m going to explain exactly how to do that in a little while.
This is a little bit like goal setting. You decide what you want and you go after what you want.
However, it’s different from goal setting, because goal setting implies that the only way to get what you want is to take action to force your physical reality to change. But that’s not how you get what you want.
You don’t get what you want by forcing your reality to physically change. You get what you want using the power of your mind. This is where the real power comes from.
Your actions come from your body, and most people think that using their body is what gets them results. But they forget that the body can’t move unless they first activate the mind. Their mouths can’t speak, they can’t reach out and touch something unless they first decided they were going to do that using the mind.
The power of the mind is what manifests, and this is what I’m going to show you how to do today.
What Is The Science Behind Manifestation?
This all sounds very spiritual, and it is. But if you’re more of a logical person, you might be happy to hear that the process of manifestation has been proven by science now.
Most people think that if you can’t perceive something with your 5 senses then that means it doesn’t exist in your reality, but that’s not true.
Science has proven that creation is finished, and everything that you could possibly imagine has already been created.
What you want has already been created in another dimension, it’s just that your 5 senses are not currently aware that it’s there, so you think it’s not there.
There is a scientific term called the observer effect that proves that we can create what we want just by observing it.
To create what we want, we don’t need to observe it with our eyes, we need to observe it with our sixth sense.
How Does Manifestation Work?
You manifest what you want by using your sixth sense, otherwise known as the imagination.
The sixth sense is a “knowing” that something has happened or that it’s going to happen.
This is separate from the 5 senses, touch, taste, smell, sight, and hearing.
You have evidence that something is in your physical reality because you become aware of it through your 5 senses, but there are certain things that you don’t’ have any evidence of, but you just know them to be true.
For example, you just know that you’re destined to achieve certain things in your life.
You might know what your purpose is, even though you don’t feel like you’re living your purpose right now.
You might have just known that you were going to marry someone the second you saw them.
Things like this can’t be proven, but you just get a feeling of knowing something to be true that can’t be proven.
You get these insights into the future because they have already happened in another dimension.
It’s like the feeling of deja vu. You feel as if you’ve already experienced something before when you experience it for the first time.
The ability to manifest relies on the same principle of just knowing something is going to happen.
To increase your certainty that something is going to happen, you rehearse what you want in your imagination before it’s appeared in physical form.
When you rehearse things that you want in your imagination, this activates manifestation, reprograms the subconscious mind, and manifests what you want into the physical reality.
How You’re Already Manifesting Without Knowing It
Did you know that you’ve been subconsciously manifesting your whole life without even realizing it?
There are 2 types of manifestation, the first type is subconscious manifestation that you’re not aware of, and the second type is conscious manifestation that you plan in advance.
In a minute I’m going to show you how to consciously manifest, but before that, let’s just look at some of the ways that you subconsciously manifest so we can compare both methods.
Once you see that you’ve already been manifesting, it will become a lot easier to follow the same process to consciously manifest what you want.
Here are the steps that you go through to subconsciously manifest something into your physical reality:
- Determine what you want.
- Decide you are definitely going to get what you want.
- Get Clear On The Details. Now that you’ve got the basics in place, at this point, you need to get more clarity around exactly what you want. At this point your imagination kicks in to help you gain clarity. You start to imagine yourself in different situations to try and decide what you want. When you get clearer on what you want, you use your imagination even more to get clear on the details.
- Take Automatic Action. Once you have activated your imagination, your body automatically carries out the necessary actions needed to receive your desire. People think they are in control of their actions. But the truth is that they are only physically taking action because of their use of their imagination, not because of any willpower they have.
Example Of How You’re Already Manifesting
Now I’m going to walk you through 2 examples where we are trying to go on vacation. In the first example I’ll show you how to subconsciously manifest going on a vacation.
In the second example, I’ll show you how to consciously manifest going on a vacation.
These examples will help you see how to make a slight adjustment to your mindset to switch from subconsciously manifesting, to consciously manifesting.
Here’s the example of going on a vacation the way most people do it, without conscious manifestation – using subconscious manifestation.
- Determine what you want. You want a vacation.
- Decide you are definitely going to get what you want. You are going to have a vacation. It is easy to decide you are definitely going to have a vacation when you know that you can definitely have one. You have been told by your boss that you have time off work, or maybe you have checked that other people can have time off work.
You have the money in the bank so you know you can afford a vacation. You know that there aren’t any restrictions around traveling from your country at the moment. So it doesn’t seem like anything is stopping you from having your vacation. That’s why you’re so certain you’re going to get it.
- Get Clear On The Details. At this point, you need to get more clarity around exactly what you want. At this point your imagination kicks in to help you gain clarity. You start to imagine yourself in different places to try and decide where exactly you want to go.
You start to imagine the details of what you want, maybe you imagine yourself lying on the beach in the warm sun sipping coconut water, or perhaps you imagine yourself hiking across a mountain range.
Your use of your imagination is so vivid. You can really picture yourself there. You feel the wind and sun on your face and you can taste the coconut water. You feel your body relaxing and you feel happy smiling across from your traveling partner.
- Take Action. Once you have activated your imagination, your body automatically carries out the necessary actions needed to book the holiday. It’s just a formality to schedule time off work, to research locations, book your destination, and start packing. Most people won’t recognize that these actions are happening on autopilot.
People think they are in control of their actions. But the truth is that they are only physically taking action because of their use of their imagination, not because of any willpower they have.
How To Consciously Manifest What You Want
When you are consciously and purposefully using conscious manifestation to get what you want, there is only one small tweak you need to make to the steps that you already go through.
The only tweak you need to make is in step number 2.
Most people know what they want already so step 1 is easy. Most people want to go on vacation.
Then we get to step number 2 which is to decide that you are definitely going to get what you want, and this is where most people get stuck.
If you already have the resources to go on vacation, then you wouldn’t need to consciously manifest anything, you’d just know you could have a vacation, you’d imagine where you want to go, and you’d go and book it.
However, the problem lies in the assumption that you don’t have the resources for a vacation and therefore you can’t have a vacation.
Most people would give up on the dream of booking a vacation if they didn’t have money to pay for a vacation.
And this is the mindset we need to shift.
We need to switch from a mindset of “I can’t have what I want because my current reality isn’t providing me with what I need” to a mindset of “my mind is powerful enough to create whatever I need that means I can go on a vacation.”
If you can just decide that regardless of how your current reality looks, you can still have exactly what you desire.
Once you believe that you can have whatever you want, you’ll naturally engage your imagination to get clear on what it is you want and to fully experience and rehearse your vacation in advance.
Example Of How To Consciously Manifest
Let’s now look at how different the process looks when we are consciously manifesting a vacation.
- Determine what you want. You still need to decide exactly what you want. You want a vacation.
- Decide you are definitely going to get what you want. Step number two is what trips most people up when it comes to manifestation. Because let’s face it, most people don’t need to “manifest” a vacation if they already “know” they are able to just take a vacation whenever they want because they’ve got the funds, the time, and the ability to travel.
We only need to work on “manifesting” something when we think we don’t have the ability to just take what we want.
So if you don’t have the funds, the time off work, and you’re currently in lockdown you’re going to think that it’s hard to have a vacation.
Because most people think it’s so hard to get what they want, they don’t even try to manifest what they want.
And some others make a half hearted attempt at manifesting something “impossible” and give up really easily not believing it’s going to happen.
This is the point that you need to check yourself and really analyze your own beliefs.
If you really knew how things worked, you’d know that it is just as easy to manifest what you want whether you have the resources and freedom to do it or not.
You simply decide that you’re having what you want regardless of what your 3D reality is currently showing you.
You are a master manifestor and you can have what you want. It’s time to start believing it.
Once you really believe you can have what you want, move on to step number 3.
- Get Clear On The Details. Now that you know you are going to have your vacation you can evoke your imagination in exactly the same way as you would have done if you knew you were definitely going to book a vacation. Imagine you are already there and experience your vacation in your imagination.
- Take Action. The final step still happens automatically. You just take actions you are compelled to take, and these actions are not important. You will get your vacation and you will take the right actions needed to get you there.
I hope you can see through this breakdown that manifesting something like a vacation is exactly the same as just going ahead and “booking” a vacation.
The process of “booking” a vacation is not as simple as just typing in your credit card details and paying for the vacation. There are many steps involved, and most people don’t recognize that the imagination is invoked even when people aren’t purposefully manifesting anything.
Every time that you make a decision that you are going to have something in your life, you are manifesting that thing, whether you call it manifestation or not.
That’s why manifestation isn’t really any different from what you normally do in your everyday life.
The only difference is that you are now conscious of the steps that you are taking to be able to get what you want.
Being conscious of how to get what you want will result in you getting more of the things that you want in your life.

How To Use The Imagination To Manifest
Now that you know how manifestation works, you might be wondering what exactly to do with your imagination to create what you want?
Here’s exactly what to do.
You create something called a Reverse Memory which is a memory of your desired future.
To create a Reverse Memory you create an imaginary scene that if it happened in real life, would prove to you that your manifestation has appeared.
For example, you could imagine yourself lying on a warm sunny beach and feeling the hot sun on your skin, smelling the salty sea air, tasting coconut water, and having a chat with your mate. This scene incorporates all 5 senses so it’s very powerful.
However, your scene doesn’t need to include all 5 senses. It could just include 1 sense. The best sense to imagine is hearing. This is because you can get much more specific with words than any of the other senses.
What I suggest you do is imagine a scene where you are having a conversation with someone you trust, and they ask you how things are going, and you tell them you now have your desire. Then they congratulate you.
This scene will be very short, just a few seconds long. Replay this scene over and over again in your mind until it feels so real like it actually happened.
At this point, your Reverse Memory has been created, and your desire will manifest.
Exact Manifestation Instructions
Start by writing down your scene, then close your eyes and replay your scene over and over again for 5 minutes each day, preferably twice a day. It is more powerful if you go through this process as you are falling asleep but it will still manifest if you use this technique at a different time of day.
Do this daily until your manifestation feels so real that it really happened. This might take a few days, or it might take a month.
At this point you can reduce the time you are spending on this desire, but whenever you think of your desire, bring your Reverse Memory back into your mind and know that it’s yours.
How Long Does It Take To Manifest?
A lot of people will tell you that you can manifest on a deadline or within a certain time period, and sometimes this does work out like this. But it doesn’t always, so the time period is not guaranteed.
We don’t have much control over the time that things manifest. But I also encourage you to not worry about deadlines, because you can still get what you want even after deadlines have been reached. I have manifested so many things after a deadline when someone told me I was not allowed to have what I wanted and there was no chance of things turning around.
Everything in the physical reality can be changed. People’s minds can be changed, things shift and move based on your imaginary thoughts.
Mistakes To Avoid
- Don’t get desperate to see signs that it is working. You don’t always see signs.
- Don’t get fixated on manifesting one thing. This makes you desperate and you are more likely to stop believing it’s going to work. Focus on manifesting a variety of small things to prove this works at the same time as manifesting something big.
- Don’t complain that it’s not working. This creates new Reverse Memories of you not getting what you want. This makes it harder to get what you want as you have to go back to the drawing board and go through the process again every time you contradict yourself.
- Don’t listen to anyone who tells you that you need to do something other than use your imagination to manifest. The only purpose of techniques are to motivate you to use your imagination. You don’t need to be vibrating at the right frequency, you don’t need to be happy all the time, you don’t need to feel grateful for the life you already have, you don’t need to take physical action before you have activated the imagination, you don’t need to set deadlines, you don’t need to ask the universe for help, you don’t need to give something away before you can get something back, you don’t need to let go of your desires to manifest them, you don’t need to use a particular technique that you don’t like. Creating a Reverse Memory is a technique. If you don’t like it, use something else like creating an affirmations audio track, creating a Mind Movie. I have videos for all of these. But the one thing that needs to happen while using any technique is that you need to imagine that at least one of your 5 senses is experiencing having the thing you want. This is how you create a physical sensation of having something through using your sixth sense.
Examples Of What I’ve Manifested
I have manifested so many things over the years including:
- My dream house
- My dream location next to the beach
- My dream family
- My dream husband
- My dream children
- My dream climate to live in
- My dream business
- My dream financial situation
- My dream health
- My dream balanced life including having a lot of fun
- My perfect day
The best thing that I ever manifested was living my perfect day every day. When you live your perfect day every day, you literally have everything you could ever want, and you get very clear on what’s important to you and what’s not important to you.
