Welcome to the 30-day Manifestation Challenge called I’ve Always Had What I Wanted.
Here’s exactly why you need this challenge… Your future is based on your past. Whatever happened in your past or is currently happening right now, is what is going to manifest in the future.
This is because you believe that what your past looked like or what your current situation looks like is what is going to continue to happen as you go along.
Not many people believe that their future will really look that much different to what they’re currently experiencing.
But we’re going to change all that today!
And to do that we’re going to create some new memories of the past. These new memories haven’t really happened but we are going to convince our brains that they have happened.
So that these are the things that manifest in the future based on the new memories rather than the old negative memories that we don’t want to keep manifesting in the future.
When I started to use the techniques that I’m sharing with you today it had a profound effect on how I viewed my past and therefore what I manifested in my future.
My future radically changed based on the new memories that I had put in there that happened in the past.
How The Challenge Works
The first thing we are going to do is create two new Brain STAMPs.
But what exactly is a Brain STAMP?
A Brain STAMP is a type of affirmation.
However, instead of it just being a very general affirmation that somebody else has made up for you it is going to be a very realistic statement that you have decided about yourself that you’ve written yourself. It is something very natural to you, that you would actually say to somebody else.
If you wouldn’t say this out loud to somebody that you trusted then it’s not the right Brain STAMP for you.
We’re going to create two different types of Brain STAMPs.
The first type of Brain STAMP is going to be very specific and the second type of Brain STAMP is going to be very general and broad.
The specific Brain STAMP is based on what you want to manifest specifically where you have to specify the details of the very thing that you want to manifest.
And you’re going to say ”I’ve always had this specific thing that I wanted.”
For example, say if you are trying to manifest a campervan, you might say “We’ve always owned a campervan.”
If you are trying to manifest a relationship with somebody specific you would say “I’ve always been in a relationship with the ‘name of the person’” or “I’ve always been married to or I’ve always been dating ‘this person’, “I’ve always been the girlfriend/the boyfriend/the fiance of ‘this person’”.
If you’re trying to manifest a successful business you might say “I’ve always been successful in business”
Or if you’re trying to manifest money you might say “I’ve always made at least 10 grand a month.”
With this Brain STAMP we are using a technique called Revision which means to revise the past.
Therefore instead of remembering the past as it actually happened, you are going to remember it as you wanted it to happen.
And the most powerful way to manifest is to revise the past. You’re not physically changing the past, you’re just creating a new memory.
Science has proven that it is easy to create new memories. And people do it all the time by accident without even realising that they’re doing it.
And a lot of people create new false memories that have been proven to be false. About 30% of all people have false memories. So it is possible and it’s very easy to create false memories.
It doesn’t mean that you will believe in this memory 100% but you are just convincing your subconscious mind that this memory is true by using repetition and another technique, that I will explain further down in this post.
I know that it can be difficult to create this false memory. And you might be thinking “Well, I just don’t believe this. I don’t think this is going to work because why would I ever suddenly think that I’ve always had the thing when obviously I haven’t had it. So it’s just not going to work for me.”
And that kind of thought leads me on to the second Brain STAMP. This is the reason we create two Brain STAMPs.
The second brain STAMP is to convince yourself and remind yourself of why this is really true.
The second Brain STAMP is more general and it’s not about the specific thing you want to manifest.
It’s more about the way reality truly works and about your ability to manifest so you can phrase this in whatever way you like. But it would sound something like this “My desires have already manifested because creation has finished.”

Basically all of the things that you desire have already been created, they are in a parallel reality right now, all creation is finished, we are just going through this illusion of time.
And it feels like we are experiencing things on a timeline but really everything has already been created.
Your desire that you want has always been there, that is the truth.
So if you can believe this, then you will believe in your first Brain STAMP which is that you’ve always had what you want and it is really true.
So on this timeline maybe you haven’t already experienced. It but it has always been
there. You have always had what you wanted. However long you have desired this thing it’s been there in your imagination which has created it.
You just have to remind yourself so that you don’t slip back into old habits and talk yourself out of being able to manifest the thing that you want.
Brain STAMP in your own words, in words that you would really use if you were saying this to a friend and explaining it to them. It might sound something like “I’ve always had what I wanted in a parallel reality.”
Now you have written down your two Brain STAMPs.
Brain STAMP number one was a specific thing about a specific manifestation. For example, “We’ve always had a camper van. I’ve always had a campervan.”
And Brain STAMP number two is more general about always having had everything that you’ve always wanted. For example, “I’ve always had everything I’ve always wanted because creation is finished.”
The second stage of this challenge is to create something called a Reverse Memory.
This is where we really change our memories and to do that you use your imagination.
First of all, you are going to imagine yourself having a conversation with somebody else, somebody that you trust and somebody that you know wouldn’t make fun of you if you were to say these things out loud.
If you don’t have anybody in your life like that then just invent somebody, invent the perfect friend.
And then you are going to imagine them asking you a question about your specific manifestation.
For example, “How long have you had a campervan?” And you’re going to answer and say “I’ve always had a camper van.”
They might ask “How long have you been in a relationship with such and such a person?” And you would say “We’ve always been together.”
Or somebody might ask “How long have you had this successful business for?” And you would say something like “I’ve always had a successful business.”
And the word always doesn’t need to be 100% accurate, it’s just the way we speak.
If something has happened for as long as we can remember we usually say the word always.
It doesn’t mean that we’ve had this thing from birth. It just means that generally in our adult life we have had this for a long time that we can’t even remember how long we’ve had it for. It’s just the way we are, the way we live and it’s our lifestyle now.
And then in this imaginary conversation your friend might say to you something like “Wow, that’s amazing that you are so successful.”
And then you would go on to explain your second Brain STAMP which is something like “Yes it’s amazing I’ve always had everything I wanted and that’s because it was created in a parallel reality.” Or “Yes it’s amazing I’ve always had everything I’ve wanted because creation is finished.”
What I suggest you do is loop this conversation over and over in your imagination.
And then when you feel like you’ve remembered it, then you can expand the first brain STAMP with a little bit more detail.
For example after you’ve said “Well, I’ve always had a camper van…,” go into a bit more detail.
You could say things like, “Well, we always go out in our camper van every single weekend, we have so much fun as a family, we’re always in our camper van, we spend so much time on holiday in our camper van, we’ve seen so many beautiful sights, it’s fantastic. Everybody should get a camper van. I’m so grateful for my campervan.”
You could just go on and on about the specific thing that you want in your conversation.
But don’t do that until you have memorised the two Brain STAMPs and get those in your conversation.
The second Brain STAMP is going to counteract any doubt that you might be feeling about
the validity of the first Brain STAMP.
How To Implement
I suggest you do this once or twice a day.
Twice a day would be better, as soon as you wake up in the morning and as soon as you go to sleep.
But if you want to do it at a different time then that is your choice. It doesn’t matter what time of day you do it, it will still work.
First of all, read your two Brain STAMPs to remind yourself of what they are.
Then if possible close your eyes and spend five to ten minutes imagining this conversation where you are telling somebody that you’ve always had the thing you want, you always get everything you want and you’ve always had everything you want because creation is finished.
Loop that over and over again for five to ten minutes. If you start to get a bit bored and add more detail to the visualisation.
Do this for 30 days and watch your life transform as a result.
This challenge is not only going to get you your specific manifestation but it’s going to help you to manifest anything you want because you are going to remind yourself that you’ve always had everything that you’ve wanted.

Mistakes To Avoid
#1 Don’t force your physical reality to change.
Don’t force your physical reality to change.
Don’t get desperate about it and try to persuade people to do something.
Don’t try and force situations to change.
That’s not the way reality works and that’s not the way manifestation works.
Actions happen automatically and this is called the Automatic Unfolding.
Whether it’s actions you take or actions that other people need to take, it doesn’t matter, everything happens automatically when you have set the automatic unfolding in motion based on these reverse memories that you have created.
#2 Don’t forget that your physical reality has no impact on your future manifestation.
Don’t forget that your physical reality has no impact on your future manifestation. Your current reality is evidence of your past beliefs, not your future manifestation.
Your future is now going to change radically based on these new reverse memories that you have created.
Believe me when I say things can change in an instant. I have witnessed this in my own life numerous times.
#3 Don’t think that this 30-day period is a deadline for your manifestation to appear.

It’s important to note that it’s a deadline for you to create a very strong and vivid reverse memory and not for your manifestation to manifest.
We can’t control the exact timings of our manifestation so don’t despair if it hasn’t appeared by the end of the 30 days.
I have had manifestations take months, sometimes years but I know that they are always going to appear.
And again don’t think that it’s going to take a really long time because a lot of manifestations, and a lot of my own manifestations too, happen very quickly. Sometimes straight away, and sometimes within hours or days.
#4 Try not to worry that it’s not working.
Also try not to worry that it’s not working.
Don’t stress out that it’s not working, don’t complain to other people that it’s not working, and don’t leave comments that it’s not working.
Because what this does is, create new reverse memories in your imagination based on things that you don’t want.
Whenever you tell somebody that it’s not working, what happens is you start to imagine that it hasn’t worked. And that’s creating a memory that you don’t want.
So don’t tell people that it’s not working. Try to keep the faith.
You can ask questions, you can say that you’re struggling but don’t say “It hasn’t worked for me.”
Because how do you know that it’s not going to manifest in the future?
You can’t predict the future, you don’t know what’s going to happen so why predict something that you don’t want.
#5 Don’t limit the method by which the manifestation can arrive.
Another thing to note is, don’t limit the method by which the manifestation can arrive.
And by this I mean for example, say if you are trying to manifest a camper van, don’t specify that “I have to earn a certain amount of money before I can afford the camper van.”
Don’t specify that “I’m going to be able to get a loan or car finance to be able to afford the campervan,” don’t specify that “I have to sell my car in order to be able to afford the campervan,” or “I have to have an inheritance to be able to afford the campervan.”
Whenever manifestations appear they usually blow your mind as to how they arrived because it’s usually not how you thought they were going to arrive.
So don’t limit yourself, instead just focus on the thing you want and not how it will get to you.
#6 Don’t try to manifest how it’s going to come.
Don’t try to manifest how it’s going to come.
Don’t ask how it’s going to come.
Don’t say “Well, I’m not sure how this is going to come, so I don’t think this is possible because I don’t understand how.”
That’s the whole fun of life, you’re not supposed to understand how.
It’s magical, it feels mysterious, it feels like a miracle, it’s exciting, and it’s supposed to be like that.
You’re not supposed to know everything about how things arrive and how everything happens.
#7 Try not to affirm anything that contradicts your existing Brain STAMPs.

For example, if you are trying to manifest spending weekends in the camper van, then don’t also imagine a scene where you are telling somebody that you spend most of your weekend in the city staying in hotels because that’s a contradiction.
#8 Don’t tell anybody close to you what you are trying to manifest.
Don’t tell anybody close to you what you are trying to manifest, in case they try to talk you out of it.
It’s fine to share with people who are into manifestation because they understand how it happens. We are much more open-minded and we are going to encourage each other.
But usually our friends and family in our everyday life don’t really understand what we’re doing, so it’s best not to mention it at all.
Another thing that you can do to help the process in this challenge is you can use different manifestation techniques as long as you are focusing on always having what you want.
I have shared two specific techniques which are Brain STAMPs and Reverse Memories. But there are so many other techniques out there that work.
One technique that I’ve been loving lately is using mind movies. And I have published a mind movie all about having always had what you want.
It’s a very short mind movie so you can watch it for two minutes, twice a day.
If you are struggling to create your reverse memories and use your imagination then this is a very passive and very easy way to get the same results.
