Here are the exact steps to manifesting your desires using Reverse Memories which create memories before an event has occurred.

How Memories Help Us Manifest
The reason why certain things manifest in our lives is because we have impressed them on the subconscious mind.
In other words we have created a memory in our brains that something has already happened. This is what happens when we imagine.
A Reverse Memory is when we create a memory in our imagination before an event has actually happened.
Normally an event occurs first and then we form a memory of something that has already happened. This memory can create belief systems in our mind and the future will keep playing out in accordance to the past memories that have already been stored.
95% of the things that happen to us every day are as a result of the memories that we’ve already formed that tell us how the world operates and who we are. The memories that we’ve already made in the past dictate our future as we don’t expect to deviate from our belief systems that we think are set in stone.
For example, when you were a child, most of your beliefs were formed. You might have been told that the only way to make money is to get a job, and you have to work very hard to make a little bit more money, and there will be a ceiling to the amount of money you can make.
So everything that happens to you in your life is a result of these belief systems. You automatically expect to work hard at a job, and you do work hard. You wait a long time for a promotion and you have to work even harder at that new level.
Everything unfolds exactly as you expect it to unfold, just the way you believe it should.
Those beliefs might have been formed from memories of a conversation that you had with your parents, your teachers, or a conversation that you overheard someone else having. Those memories were stored in your long-term memory and impressed themselves on the subconscious mind.
Thankfully, 5% of our actions and thoughts come from the conscious mind, and we are also able to receive insights from the superconscious mind that is working to move the world forward, and help us grow as humans.
Then you start to receive new ideas that you want to change something – you don’t want your life to look the way you believed it had to look. You notice other people living different kinds of lives, and you have an idea that you could do the same.
Maybe you could start your own business? Perhaps your income isn’t capped? Maybe you get to decide how much money you make? Maybe you don’t have to work as hard as you thought?
These are new desires that are placed in your mind because you are supposed to bring them into your reality.
So you now know that a different kind of reality is possible for you, but how do you practically do it?
How do you create a new belief system that changes your reality? If those old memories are dictating your future based on the past, how do you go about changing your mind?
To change your subconscious mind, you have to change your memories. You have to create new memories that override the old memories.
Did you know that even past memories aren’t reliable? People change their memories all the time.
Memories aren’t fixed. They can easily be changed and molded to suit a new story that we want to tell.
That’s what I’m helping you with today.
How To Manifest Using Reverse Memories
Reverse Memories are memories that we imprint on our brains before an event has occurred using the imagination.
Imagination wasn’t just given to us so we could waste away our time in pointless daydreams.
Imagination is the most powerful tool we possess as humans, as it literally changes the world that we experience.
If you use your imagination to imprint a new memory in your brain, your world will change accordingly.
There are 4 steps to creating a Reverse Memory and these are
1: Choosing a new reality
2: Scripting your reverse memory
3: Repeating your reverse memory in your imagination.
4: Avoid Contradictory Beliefs
I am going to walk you through each of these steps in detail now.
Step 1: Choose A New Reality
The first step in the process is to decide exactly what you want your new reality to look like.
What do you really want?
Start by just choosing one thing.
If you are struggling for ideas, start by making a list.
If I could wave a magic wand and give you anything you wanted, what would you have? Who would you be? What would you experience? What would you be doing?
Add some small things and big things to your list. I call the small things Boosters as they give your day a nice boost. I call the big things Transformers as they transform your life.
Make sure you add a combination of both Boosters and Transformers to your list.
Write down your items as if you have already received them.
For example your list could look something like this:
“Someone gave me a complement today”
“It was nice and sunny day”
“I got a nice text message day”
“I made $20,000 this month”
“I am a good public speaker”
Just the very act of adding things that you want to a list actually creates an image in your subconscious mind.
For example, if you added “Someone gives me a compliment” to your list, as you are writing this down, you automatically start to imagine someone saying something nice to you, smiling at you, you imagine yourself smiling back at them and saying thank you, and then feeling confident as a result.
Your imagination can create a memory so fast it can happen in just the time it takes for you to write it down.
This is why writing down what you want is very important because it gives your brain time to imagine the very thing you are writing down.
You’ve already formed a Reverse Memory just by making this list. So you could even stop here and you would see a lot of the things start to manifest from your list.
The reason why your Boosters can manifest very easily is that you have absolutely no resistance to them. You already believe that it’s possible to receive compliments as you likely have received quite a few over the course of your life.
We are born manifestors, and manifestation should come easily and naturally to us. It starts to work very quickly after forming a new memory in your mind.
So why not stop here? Why do we need to do anything more?
The reason is because your Transformers will likely not manifest just from this process.
You perceive your Transformers as big, and difficult and they likely go against your previous belief system.
For example, you might have written down that you have received $20,000 this month as one of your Transformers.
Even if you did form a picture in your mind as you were writing this down, it’s unlikely to manifest because you probably have existing beliefs around how much money you normally make stemming from many memories over the course of your lifetime.
If I asked you, “Do you think it’s actually possible for you to make $20,000 this month?” If you normally get a fixed salary of $2,000 each month you’d probably say no you don’t actually believe it’s possible. Maybe you’d start to ask how it would actually be possible to earn that. And perhaps you can’t think of any logical way that the money could actually come to you, so you dismiss this new memory as fiction.
The new memory is now overridden by the old memories, and has not impressed on the subconscious mind that this is now your new reality.
That’s why we have to do some extra work around changing stubborn beliefs so our new Reverse Memories actually do override the old memories as new beliefs.
Step 2: Create Your Reverse Memory From A Perfect Scene
The second step in the process is we are going to take one of the Transformers, one of the things we really desire, that would change our lives, but we don’t yet believe are really possible for us and we are going to expand on this new memory and bring it to life.
We are going to create a perfect scene in your mind of a future memory that would have happened if your Transformer had actually manifested.
Make sure you choose a scene that demonstrates that your desire has actually manifested, not just that it has been promised. To help you do this, it might be a good idea to fast forward in time perhaps a couple of months or even years after your chosen event has taken place so you can be sure you are enjoying the effects of your manifestation.
For example, don’t script a scene where you have been promised $20,000 a month, because your desire hasn’t actually been manifested at this point, it’s only just been promised.
Why not fast forward 1 year into the future where you’d been earning over $20,000 every single month for a whole year. When you do this, it’s obvious that you didn’t just accidentally manifest one $20K-month as a fluke, but that this is now your new reality, you earn this amount of money every single month.
This is now a new habit, a new reality, it’s your new norm.
What I also like to do in my scenes is to add images, sound, touch, and emotion.
These 4 elements are the way in which our beliefs are formed. We take in information via seeing, hearing, and doing, and that creates emotions in us.
We can also take in information via taste and smell, but this isn’t so relevant when it comes to shaping our belief systems.
So try and construct a scene that incorporates all 3 senses and also emotion.
Emotion makes things stand out in your mind and are much more likely to be stored in the long term memory. Emotional scenes are more likely to be replayed over and over in the mind which is why it’s good to include emotion if you can.
It’s not essential to include emotion, but emotion will often arise naturally from imagining your chosen scene.
So let’s construct a scene together using the 3 senses when it comes to manifesting consistent $20,000 months for the last year.
Let’s incorporate sight first. What would change in your world as a result of making this amount of money? Would you have bought something that you’ve always wanted?
None of us really desire money for the sake of having a lot of money. It is always what we do with the money that makes an impression in our lives, so it’s good to think of something that you are going to do with the money like going on vacation, buying a home, car, or other objects.
Let’s say for example, you have bought a campervan with your increased income.
What would you see? You’d see your campervan. See your campervan inside and outside. Look at all of the details of your campervan. Where is your campervan parked? What beautiful view are you looking out over? Make the scene move. Do you see birds? Waves crashing in the sea? A sunset?
Now we are going to bring touch into the scene. Try to bring the scene to life. You are not just looking at a photo of a campervan. You are inside the campervan.
What are you doing in your scene? How are you moving?
Imagine yourself standing outside your campervan looking at it, then imagine yourself walking up the stairs, taking something out of the fridge, making some food on the stove, serving it up on a plate, taking it outside and eating it while looking at the beautiful view. If you include eating in your scene, you can bring all 5 senses into the scene because you can bring in the taste and smell of the food too.
Finally we are going to bring sound into the scene. To make this as memorable as possible we are going to do this in the form of a conversation. The reason why we are using a conversation is because when something significant occurs in your life, you always tell someone about it. You normally tell several people and that’s how you create long term memories because you keep telling the same story over and over again. And this is how beliefs are formed because this becomes who you are.
We are very used to telling negative stories to other people about who we are such as “I’ve got another cold. It’s quite normal for me. I’m just someone who always gets colds every year”.
Instead of telling negative stories, we are going to use our imagination to tell positive stories in the form of conversations in our mind.
There are 2 ways to put a conversation into your scene. The first is to put someone else into your scene with you. This will have to be someone you trust and like spending time with. It has to be someone open minded who won’t argue with you and will congratulate you when you tell them your good news. If you don’t have anyone like this in your life, you can always invent an imaginary person. After all, this is your imagination, so you choose who is planted in your perfect scene.
If you don’t want to add anyone to your perfect scene with you, perhaps because you would prefer to be alone, you can imagine having a telephone conversation with someone from your perfect scene.
What you are going to do is to imagine the exact words that you would say to someone if you were discussing your new reality. Then they are going to recap your reality back to you and congratulate you.
Make this conversation really short, just 2 sentences. One sentence is what you say to someone, and the next sentence is what they say back to you.
The reason why it needs to be so short is so you can remember it. You are not going to remember a really long dialogue. Most memories are just snapshots of a particular moment and take just a few seconds to recall.
Here is an example conversation that would create a perfect Reverse Memory for making $20,000 a month for the last year.
You: “Isn’t it amazing that we get to spend every weekend travelling in our campervan now?”
Them “Yes, it’s all possible now you always earn at least $20,000 a month. Well done you!”
You want to make sure you create a conversation using words you would actually say. Your brain won’t believe your new memory is real if you don’t use your own vocabulary.
You don’t need to specifically conjure up emotions because just playing out this scene will make you feel a little emotional naturally. Whatever emotions come up naturally are the emotions that will make this scene real.
There is no point in imagining yourself jumping up and down screaming “I am rich, I am rich” over and over again if this is not how you would behave in real life.
So let’s put this entire scene together so you can see how the whole thing looks. I encourage you to script this scene using a pen and paper.
Write down your perfect scene as if it’s already happened. Write it down as if you are writing a letter or an email to someone telling them what happened yesterday.
Here’s my perfect scene scripted out in full:
I was standing at the kitchen in my campervan putting the final touches of my beautiful salad together. I had cucumber, radish, red onion, lettuce, and creamy lemon cashew dressing spread across 2 bowls of salad. I put forks in them both, and carried them both down the steps.
As I stepped outside I saw a beautiful view of the coast before me, I felt the warm rays of the sun on my face and saw birds swirling around the sky in the distance.
I gave one of the bowls to my husband who was sitting in a camping chair looking at the view. I sat down in the empty chair next to him.
I said to him, “Isn’t it amazing that we get to spend every weekend travelling in our campervan now?”
To which he replied “Yes, it’s all possible now you always earn at least $20,000 a month. Well done you!”.
Make sure your scene is something that YOU actually want – not what someone else wants for you and something you think you should want. This is your reality. It’s going to happen so you must make sure you are manifesting something you actually want.
Another thing to note is if you don’t feel like you can create images in your mind, something you could do is to get a photo of a campervan in front of you and replay the conversation over and over in your mind. Or just say the whole scene out loud.
Step 3: Imagine Your Reverse Memory Repeatedly
Now that you’ve written your scene, you now need to make sure it is stored in the long-term memory and becomes impressed on the subconscious mind. Once it is impressed on the subconscious mind it will become a reality.
What you need to do to impress this Reverse Memory is to repeat it over and over again until it feels as real as a memory about what you did yesterday.
Here’s what I suggest you do to repeat it.
Twice a day, preferably in the morning and the evening, read your script that you’ve already written. If you can, read it out loud.
Then close your eyes and loop it over and over in your mind 10 times. Use your fingers to count 10 times. This stops you from getting distracted as you have an end point to the process.
Although this perfect scene may have taken you a while to write, and it actually takes me about 50 seconds to read out loud, your mind can recreate it much more quickly. It only takes my brain about 10 seconds to imagine.
This is because your brain can speed up the process by jumping across frames which is what your memory tends to do. In your imagination, you don’t need to walk down all of the steps in your campervan and take 20 steps to get to your husband. Your mind can leap from the steps straight to sitting down in the chair.
The shorter you can make the scene, the more chance you have of remembering it. But you can also play with doing the opposite, stretch out the scene and make it longer if you are enjoying it. But know that it is the main parts of the scene that will be responsible for your manifestation.
By looping this scene over and over 10 times, it will only actually take you about 2 minutes in total, but you will have created a powerful Reverse Memory that will make this scene a reality.
You can bring this scene to mind during the day if you get a spare minute, while you are walking, driving, cooking, or doing some other mindless activity.
I would suggest sticking to this routine, using the same scene for your imaginations for at least 7 days. After this period of time, your scene should be imprinted in your memory and if you can bring your scene to memory just by remembering how much money you want to earn every month then you know that you have successfully created your Reverse Memory.
Now you can repeat the process with other desires.
From time to time, spend a little time remembering your new memory so it doesn’t start to fade. Just like a real memory, you need to keep on telling the same story in your mind over and over for it to remain true for you.
Step 4: Know That It Is Done
The last step in the process of manifesting using Reverse Memories is to keep the faith that this is actually working.
This is the really important part because without this you can end up undoing all of your efforts to create a new reality.
What makes most manifestations fail is a stronger belief in the opposite viewpoint.
Most people use their current or past reality to determine their future reality. That’s why most people continue to get what they’ve always got as they don’t believe enough that they have the power to change their own lives radically.
What usually happens is that people will go through a process of using a manifestation technique and believe at the time that it has worked. But then they are very soon faced with an opposite reality to that which they have just imagined.
What most people don’t realise is that it takes time for manifestations to unfold. It is very rare for a manifestation to happen immediately.
But just know that after you have created a Reverse Memory there is an Automatic Unfolding of events that will lead you to your chosen reality.
What happens next is that people see that their reality hasn’t changed as quickly as they expect and they assume their manifestation technique didn’t work. They very quickly go back to adopting the previous belief they held on this topic. And they have reset their efforts. Now they have to start from scratch with manifesting their desires again.
Every time you say “It’s not working” you are enhancing the belief that it is not working, and you have to put even more effort into changing this belief again.
It can really help you to understand at this point that you don’t necessarily have to wait a long time to see your desires manifest, because your manifestation has actually already been created in a parallel timeline.
All that needs to happen is you have to accept that you are moving into this new timeline. It doesn’t need to require a lot of hard work or a long time. It just needs to not be faced with resistance. Resistance will keep you in your current timeline indefinitely.
Even if you do find yourself saying in your mind “It’s not working” try and immediately let that thought go and replace that thought with another such as “and even though I am struggling to believe, I am still moving towards my new reality”.
Just keep telling yourself that your perfect scene is already happening and you are about to step into that scene any minute now.
